Negative opinions

Jesus would say the same thing to those who have not read the Bible or have not learned how to LOVE and FORGIVE like He loved and forgave.

This is one of many reasons Jesus said,
(Jn ‭5‬:‭41‬-‭42‬) “Your approval means nothing to me, because I know you don’t have God’s love within you.“ ‭(nlt)

Then He said,
(Jn‬ ‭8‬:‭43‬-‭45‬) ”Why can’t you understand what I am saying? It’s because you can’t even hear me! For you are the children of your father the devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies. So when I tell the truth, you just naturally don’t believe me!“ ‭(nlt)

Jesus continued to encourage those who were paying attention by saying,

Mat‬ ‭13‬:‭12‬-‭15) ”To those who listen to my teaching, more understanding will be given, and they will have an abundance of knowledge. But for those who are not listening, even what little understanding they have will be taken away from them. That is why I use these parables, For they look, but they don’t really see. They hear, but they don’t really listen or understand. This fulfills the prophecy of Isaiah that says, ‘When you hear what I say, you will not understand. When you see what I do, you will not comprehend. For the hearts of these people are hardened, and their ears cannot hear, and they have closed their eyes— so their eyes cannot see, and their ears cannot hear, and their hearts cannot understand, and they cannot turn to me and let me heal them.”

However,
(Mat‬ ‭13‬:‭16-‭17‬) “blessed are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear. I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see, but they didn’t see it. And they longed to hear what you hear, but they didn’t hear it.“ ‭(nlt)

– SCRIPTURE FEEDS OUR MIND AND SOUL –

‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭6‬:‭3‬-‭6‬, ”Some people may contradict our teaching, but these are the wholesome teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. These teachings promote a godly life. Anyone who teaches something different is arrogant and lacks understanding. Such a person has an unhealthy desire to quibble over the meaning of words. This stirs up arguments ending in jealousy, division, slander, and evil suspicions. These people always cause trouble. Their minds are corrupt, and they have turned their backs on the truth. To them, a show of godliness is just a way to become wealthy. Yet true godliness with CONTENTMENT is itself great wealth.“ ‭(nlt)

— When we’ve matured enough —
– to understand the meaning of Hebrews 6 –

Titus‬ ‭3‬:‭9‬-‭11‬, ”Do not get involved in foolish discussions about SPIRITUAL PEDIGREES or in quarrels and fights about obedience to Jewish laws. These things are useless and a waste of time. If people are causing divisions among you, give a first and second warning. After that, have nothing more to do with them. For people like that have turned away from the truth, and their own sins condemn them.“ (nlt)

Colossians‬ ‭2‬:‭16‬-‭23‬, ”So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that reality. Don’t let anyone condemn you by insisting on pious self-denial or the worship of angels, saying they have had visions about these things. Their sinful minds have made them proud, and they are not connected to Christ, the head of the body. For he holds the whole body together with its joints and ligaments, and it grows as God nourishes it. You have died with Christ, and he has set you free from the spiritual powers of this world. So why do you keep on following the rules of the world, such as, “Don’t handle! Don’t taste! Don’t touch!”? Such rules are mere human teachings about things that deteriorate as we use them. These rules may seem wise because they require strong devotion, pious self-denial, and severe bodily discipline. But they provide no help in conquering a person’s evil desires.“ (nlt)

‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭6‬-‭10‬, ”So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor. Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are. In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.“ ‭(nlt)

In other words, through the heart of Jesus we can understand what He was teaching to those who had pure hearts and we also understand why the pride (or yeast) of the Pharisees prevented them from appreciating the spiritual wisdom that Jesus was freely sharing.

The truth is,
‭‭(1 Corinth ‭1‬:‭18‬-‭25) ”The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God. As the Scriptures say, “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise and discard the intelligence of the intelligent.” So where does this leave the philosophers, the scholars, and the world’s brilliant debaters? God has made the wisdom of this world look foolish. Since God in His wisdom saw to it that the world would never know Him through human wisdom, He has used our foolish preaching to save those who believe. It is foolish to the Jews, who ask for signs from heaven. And it is foolish to the Greeks, who seek human wisdom. So when we preach that Christ was crucified, the Jews are offended and the Gentiles say it’s all nonsense. But to those called by God to salvation, both Jews and Gentiles, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God. This foolish plan of God is wiser than the wisest of human plans, and God’s weakness is stronger than the greatest of human strength.”

(‭‭1 Corinth ‭1‬:‭26-‭29) “Remember, dear brothers and sisters, that few of you were wise in the world’s eyes or powerful or wealthy when God called you. Instead, God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And He chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful. God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important. As a result, no one can ever boast in the presence of God.”

In conclusion, human negative opinions of what a Christian does to share the Good News of Jesus is IRRELEVANT.

WHY?
‭‭1 Corinth ‭1‬:‭30-‭31‬, “God has united you (who are reborn in the Holy Spirit) with Christ Jesus. For our benefit, God made Him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; He made us pure and holy, and He freed us from sin. Therefore, as the Scriptures say, “If you want to boast, boast only about the Lord.”

For everyone who doesn’t know “some” of the supernatural events that’ve occurred during our courtship, spiritual battle to fight for love, marriage, and the overall victory for the Kingdom of God. I pray the statement made in 2022 by me and the image of my wife taken May of 2021 (when she placed 4th in a local physique challenge) helps others understand why we freely share HOW AWESOME our GOD is.

When prioritized properly, His Love and His Spiritual Wisdom blesses our relationships

This is why the Bible says,
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭15‬:‭57‬-‭58‬, “thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.“ ‭(nlt)

FOR ALL GODLY PEOPLE, EVERYWHERE

‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭3-‭5‬, ”Don’t be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God. This is how the holy women (of old) made themselves beautiful. They put their trust in God and accepted the authority of their husbands.” ‭(nlt)

‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭7‬, ”In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life. Treat her as you should, so your prayers will not be hindered.“ (nlt)

For the Scriptures say,
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭10‬-‭15‬, “If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies. Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it. The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil.” Now, who will want to harm you if you are eager to do good? But even if you suffer for doing what is right, God will reward you for it. So don’t worry or be afraid of their threats. Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.“ ‭(nlt)

From this, we ask everyone to read “1 Peter 2” for further spiritual consideration in regards to what we pray our marriage helps the entire world realize. JESUS IS KING 👑

The truth is,
the eternal Lord of this worlds “mortal lords” gives us THE SAME POWER that He had to overcome the worlds evil deception.

To elaborate,
when Jesus said, “I seen satan fall from heaven like lightning.” (Luke 10:19) He was explaining to His disciples how their preaching had defeated the enemy that had previously corrupted the minds of those who listened to and actually applied the teachings that they had provided.

In conclusion, be encouraged to understand how “blind judgements and negative opinions” that serve NO GOOD PURPOSE are childish.

The Bible says,
‭‭1 Corinth ‭13‬:‭11‬, ”When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things.“ (nlt)

So, keep the LOGS out of your eye instead, because ”pure and genuine spirituality (otherwise known as true faith in Jesus) in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you. (James‬ ‭1‬:‭27‬)

Truth be told,

An adventurous life for Christ is for everyone. This is said because we are all broken in so many different ways, that only JESUS can teach us how to sacrificially love one another. He does this through His Holy Spirit so we can slowly HEAL THIS WORLDS PAIN caused from shallow or evil minded people. That’s why discipling TRUE FAITH in Christ is so very important.

( Eph 4:2-4 and Rev 19:10b )

Truth be told,
there’s a few BOOKS of writings packed into this blog that I began compiling in Dec 2023. Why? When our faith in Jesus is TRUE, He overfills our cups with an infinite spiritual understanding that THE WORLDS SPIRIT cannot fully comprehend. 

In retrospect, if I was to consider myself an “Apostle for Jesus” (aka AJ) then I might say this blog could represent the “first, second and third” books by an Apostle for Jesus. .. or “a scroll of Biblically applied writings”

THE GOOD NEWS is, there’s no regrets in “true faith” when you’ve laid all your PAST sins at the foot of the cross that Jesus died to provide us. This is also why THE WORLDS negative opinions from those who have not surrendered their lives to truly follow Jesus are not of much concern. Unless of course they attack one of God’s Children because God protects those who are His. (Psalm 105:15 and John 8:31-47)

SLAYING THE LIE

The truth is, Jessica and I are due for a few updated professional photos. However this one from the day after our wedding (Feb 2022) really does represent THE PEACE that we have in our marriage, even when she travels to the other side of the world for work without me.

And the Good News is, because of our independent relationships in Jesus (as our savior from sin, doubt or anxieties) we do not listen to the typical LIES of the enemy that can create so much discord between a married couple.

This allows us to TRUST one another more and it consecrates our union by the blood of Jesus. So, be encouraged to also put Jesus and moral integrity first in everything you do.
